By using atozpassports.co.in or engaging Legal Services Consultancy's services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Our Service

Legal Services Consultancy is an independent, privately owned documentation assistance service. We are not a government agency and have no affiliation with the Government of India, Passport Seva, or the Ministry of External Affairs. We assist with document checklists, form review, and general guidance only.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not process, approve, issue, or expedite passports or visas. Approval, verification, and processing timelines are determined solely by the relevant government authority. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome, appointment availability, or processing time.

3. Fees

Our service fee covers documentation assistance only and is communicated to you upfront before you engage our services. Government fees are separate, are paid by you directly to the concerned authority, and are never collected by us on the government's behalf.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide to us, and for personally submitting your application and attending any appointments through official government channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Legal Services Consultancy is not liable for delays, rejections, or other outcomes arising from government processing, incomplete documentation provided by the client, or changes in government rules and procedures.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
