Refund Policy

This policy covers only our own documentation assistance service fee. It does not cover government fees, which are paid directly by you to the concerned authority and fall outside our control.

1. Our Service Fee

Our service fee is charged for the documentation assistance, checklist preparation, and form-review work we perform, regardless of the final outcome of your government application, since that outcome is decided solely by the concerned authority.

2. When a Refund May Apply

If we are unable to begin the agreed documentation assistance work after payment, or if a duplicate payment is made in error, you may request a refund of our service fee by contacting us within 7 days.

3. When a Refund Will Not Apply

Refunds of our service fee are not provided once the documentation assistance work has been completed and delivered to you, or where an application is rejected, delayed, or affected by government processing decisions, since these are outside our control.

4. Government Fees

We do not collect government fees on behalf of any authority. Any refund of government fees must be pursued directly with Passport Seva / the Ministry of External Affairs, following their own process.
